I can think of no better possible news for myself, my band, or this website, than to announce that my band has won Scion’s “No Label Needed” contest! As the winners, we’re being flown over to the East Coast to record an EP with Will Putney and Machine at The Machine Shop, as well as having our merch and website re-done, and most importantly, a complete tutorial on self-promotion and marketing for DIY/Independent bands.
Undoubtedly, this experience will likely dictate the direction of this blog for the next few months at least. Should be fun!
